Metal Partials

Interested In Metal Partials?

Metal partial dentures, unlike acrylic ones, are a long-term solution to tooth loss. These dentures have a custom-made metal framework where acrylic and denture teeth are attached, making them stronger, lighter, and more natural to feel.

At our facility, we utilize the latest innovative technology, metal laser sintering (3D printing), to create metal acrylic dentures. The digital design of the metal framework is printed using medical-grade cobalt-chrome alloy, which is stronger and less brittle than traditional metal partial dentures.

It is essential to note that metal partial dentures are harder to add teeth to if further teeth are lost in the future. Additionally, repairs are more challenging as they require welding, and if the framework gets bent and doesn't fit, it generally requires a remake.

Lastly, your dentist may need to make adjustments to your teeth for the framework to sit comfortably in your mouth. This process, called tooth preparation, not only ensures that the framework is well-fitted but also helps preserve the remaining teeth for longer than acrylic partial dentures.
